Shipping Times :
Kdgraphics is NOT responsible for any shipping delays what may occur during shipping , Please confirm that your shipping address is CORRECT , Any shipping claims have to be made with the shipping carrier

Customers are responsible for providing the correct shipping address at checkout.We are not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer.Returned packages due to incorrect addresses may require an additional shipping fee to be resent.
Processing Times:
Processing time is 5–7 business days for all orders including local pickup (does not include Weekends,Holidays or shipping time) . For local customers SOME products may be processed faster depending on the item and when its placed
Requested-by dates are NOT guaranteed unless a rush fee is added and confirmed. Orders are completed in the order they are received.Local orders follow the same processing times as shipped orders.
Rush Order Policy:
Rush orders are available for customers needing items sooner than the standard processing time.

Rush processing begins only after payment (if applicable).

Rush fees are non-refundable, even if the customer later changes their mind.

pickup dates are confirmed only after the rush order is approved.
Please contact us before placing your order to confirm rush availability.
Important :
Once a design proof is approved, NO changes can be made. Delays in proof approval may extend processing time. .
Customers are responsible for reviewing all order details before submitting their purchase, including names, spelling, dates, sizes, colors, and design selections. KDgraphics is not responsible for customer-provided errors.

A mockup or proof will be provided for approval.

Minor changes requested before production may be accepted at the business’s discretion.

Meet up/Pick up for Local Customers:
We do offer Meet up for our local customers. USUALLY in RIPLEY, TN WALMART , NO DROP OFFS OR DELEVERIES UNLESS A FEE. Customers will be notified when their order is ready . Orders must be picked up within 3 days. Orders that are not picked up within this timeframe may be forfeited without refund.Failure to show up for a scheduled pickup without notice may result in the order being forfeited.
Local pickup DO NOT = faster turnaround unless RUSH FEE !
Local pickup orders are not same-day or next-day unless otherwise stated.
Customers who select local pickup must follow our Local Pickup Policy.
Refund & Return & Cancellations Policy:
All products sold by KDgrapphicsss are custom-made and personalized. Due to the nature of personalized products, ALL SALES ARE FINAL.
We do NOT accept refunds, returns, or exchanges for any reason once an order has been placed. Production begins immediately after purchase.
Customers are solely responsible for ensuring all order details are correct. KDgrapphics is not responsible for customer-provided errors.
Cancellation requests may be accepted only if production has not yet started. Once production, design work, or customization has started, orders cannot refunded, or exchanged under any circumstances.
Damaged or Defective Items:
If an item arrives damaged or defective, you must notify us within 48 hours of delivery and provide clear photographic evidence. If approved, a replacement may be issued at our discretion. We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages.
By completing a purchase, the customer acknowledges and agrees to this policy in full.
