All products sold by KDgrapphicsss are custom-made and personalized. Due to the nature of personalized products, ALL SALES ARE FINAL.
We do NOT accept refunds, returns, cancellations, or exchanges for any reason once an order has been placed. Production begins immediately after purchase.
Customers are solely responsible for ensuring all order details are correct
KDgrapphicsss is not responsible for customer-provided errors.
Damaged or Defective Items
If an item arrives damaged or defective, you must notify us within 48 hours of delivery and provide clear photographic evidence. If approved, a replacement may be issued at our discretion. Refunds will not be issued.
